Are We Alone in The Universe?

The universe is very vast. So far we haven't yet map our universe and we don't know it's real shape. The universe is immeasurable and no one can define it except your faith. We're left behind the question, "Are we alone in the Universe?".
Our technology is fast advancing. If you're going to look at our environment 50 years before, you can't imagine how we grow our technology. From a simple storage device to a gigabyte in size today. We've used magnetic tape and now we are using flash drives. Before we've used a large storage room just to store a lousy computer but today everything is fit on you're pocket. No matter how we revolutionize our technology, we can't even have an interstellar flight.
Today, we have conquered the atmosphere. Our superpower countries like United States, Russia, China, Japan, Germany, Canada, etc. have their own space rocket programs. They've used sophisticated technology which every now and then are advancing. Eventhough how these technologies evolved we can't still reach neighboring planets. We are dreaming for interstellar flight but we can't get to other planets in our solar system.
We have many propulsion but few of them are used. We've use the hydrogen fuel, plasma, nuclear powered and the most inconsistent propulsion is the anti-matter. Today, we are still so much dependent on hydrogen fuel but this type of propulsion powered can't gave us brighter future to deepen space flight.
Why we need to travel from planets or even to the starts? If we are searching other life forms on earth but not human kind then we should travel to other planets. That's the only way we can proved and answer the question "Are we alone in the Universe?". If today can't answer that question, I hope on the next century our technology can answer it.
